Once your application is received with the proper required documentation, you are ready to begin the enrollment process. After choosing your preferred program and you have completed the drug screening test, you are ready to start your CDL training!
Programs designed for the beginner
All of our programs are designed for the entry level driver who is just starting out in the driving industry. No prior experience or knowledge is required. Once you have obtained your CDL learner's permit from the RMV, you will be given classroom, range and road instruction from a licensed CDL instructor on everything from the ground up (literally).

Excel CDL offers various Class A & B CDL Training Programs so you can find one that will fit your busy schedule. We offer Weekdays (7:30am-2:30pm), and Weekend All Day (7:30am - 4:30pm) programs. Please see the 2025 Program Dates below to find a program that works best for you!
All our programs provide exactly what you need for your CDL road test
We teach all of the required elements you will need for the CDL road test. This includes instruction on the air brake test, vehicle inspection, basic control skills maneuvers, and on-road driving. This comprehensive program will prepare you for the CDL road test and is the foundation for your career in the truck driving industry. All students will be entered into the federal ELDT database upon successful completion of the program.
